Are pre-orders refundable?
.Due to the products being pre-ordered, I cannot refund orders because each order is accounted for in the final purchase.

If you purchased a "Made to Order" item, please contact within 48 hours to get a refund on your order.
Can I customize any pieces if I want a certain color, stain, hardware, etc?
Of course! Depending on the item you want customized, it may cost extra and will have a turnaround time of an extra 7-10 depending on the product. If it's a certain; paint or stain you want, it will take an additional 3 days due to the customization.
How long does it take to ship my order? Can I pick-up my item?
It depends on what you purchased. Be sure to check the description of the product to see if there's an approximate turnaround time.

Yes, you can pick-up your item as long as you live within the Orange County region. Make sure you contact me through email, synysterkreations@yahoo.com to confirm a pick-up date and time.
Do you ship internationally? If so, how much is it?
It depends on what product you want to purchase. Some items require specific boxes which will affect the overall cost of the shipping. If it's a small/medium sized item that would fit it a Priority Mail box from USPS, look at USPS website in the international category.
